The rapper’s arrival in Miami follows the home raid of both his Miami home and Los Angeles homes amid sex trafficking allegations filed intwo prior lawsuits.

“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,” a Homeland Security Investigations representative said in a statement to PEOPLE.

“We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct," Douglas Wigdor, attorney forCassieand Jane Doe — who each previously filed lawsuits against Combs — told PEOPLE in a statement.
Local affiliate FOX11 showed aerial footage of Combs' two sons, Justin Combs, 30, and Christian ‘King’ Combs, 25, handcuffed outside their Beverly Hills home and speaking with authorities.

In November 2023, Combs' former girlfriendCasandra “Cassie” Venturafiled a lawsuit against him for allegations ofrape, sex trafficking and domestic violenceon Nov. 16. The next day, theyreached a settlement.
On Dec. 6, a fourth personaccused Combs of sexual assault. The fourth plaintiff also accused him of sex trafficking and gang rape.
On Feb. 27, Combs' former producer and videographerRodney “Lil Rod” Jones, filed a lawsuitin New York federal court. Jones alleged that for more than a year, the rapper sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him. Jones is seeking $30 million in damages.
Combsissued a blanket denial of all allegationsagainst him in a statement to PEOPLE in December.
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy," he said.
