“We didn’t know if Izzy would ever have another sibling but we learned through it all that God is in control and his timing is perfect!” Fisher added, referencing the couple’s older sonIsaiah Michael, 3½. “He is good all the time even in the difficult times that are hard to understand.”

The 35-year-old country singer announcedthe arrival of their latest additionwith an Instagram post on Wednesday.

“Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday … his mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle!” Underwood wrotealongside a photo galleryof herself, Fisher and Isaiah with their newest family member.

“Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good … ” the Grammy winner added.

In addition, this past September, she revealedshe suffered three miscarriagesfrom 2017 to 2018. During an emotional interview withCBS Sunday Morning, she opened up about her challenging fertility struggles.

Explaining her reaction to the heartbreak, the “blessed” star said, “My son,Isaiah, is the sweetest thing. And he’s the best thing in the world. And I’m like, ‘If we can never have any other kids, that’s okay, because he’s amazing.’ ”

Speaking withRedbookin August about her emotional year, theAmerican Idolchamp reflected on her life-changing fall and the hurdles she overcame in the months that followed.

“It was … a very soul-searching year for me. There weresome personal things that happened,” she said. “And I had the accident and all of that to get through … and just life. Life is full of ups and downs, and I might have had a few more downs than ups last year.”
