Jimmie Allenis prioritizing family time.
“As of right now, Jimmie and Lexi are focused on their new bundle of joy,” says the rep. “He’s currently splitting his time between Delaware with the family, along with Florida and California, working on finishing his new music which should be out later this fall.”

The two are already parents to daughtersZara James, who celebrates her second birthday next month, andNaomi Bettie, 3½.
In July, Allen told PEOPLE that he and his wife are working on their future as a team afterannouncing their separation in April.
“Thedivorce caseis still pending, as my wife and I are working to resolve things together as a family,” he said.
Allen also clarified a statement he made days prior, in which he said that he had waited several months before publiclyresponding to the pair of lawsuits against himbecause he “wanted to fix my family first.”

Allen alsoissued Alexis a public apologyin May, writing on social media that he was sorry “for humiliating her with my affair. I’m embarrassed that my choices have brought shame on her. That’s something that she did not deserve at all.”
