The 4,334-square-foot home, which Lewis, 48, renovated for profit on his Bravo seriesFlipping Out, is located next door to the the star’s own home, where he lived with Edward, 33, and theirtwo-year-old daughter Monroe, until, Lewis says,Edward moved out last week.
The home has appeared on multiple seasons of the show, including an episode in Season 11 where it was seen under construction with digital renderings.

The house was previouslylisted for $7.95 millionin October 2018 through Carrie Berkman Lewis of Pacific Union L.A. and Boni Bryant at Compass. Now it’s back on the market with a price cut of $1 million. The new asking price is $6.995 million, listed with Berkman Lewis at Douglas Elliman.
Dubbed an “architectural tour de force” in the listing, the contemporary 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home features an open floor plan with breathtaking views, and antique wood flooring in a custom herringbone pattern throughout.

The completely reimagined, ultra-modern kitchen has sleek black dual islands and opens onto a 400-square-foot patio and a fire pit. The master suite also has a private outdoor porch space and a custom walk-in closet with an island.

Outside, the space makes the most of its backyard with a raised infinity pool and glass tile.

According toVariety,Lewis purchased the home in April 2015 for $2.484 million, however it wasn’t the first time the house flipper invested in this particular property.
According to the publication, he previously bought “Old Hollywood” once before, in December 2002, for $860,000 before quickly flipping it for $1.75 million in September 2003.

This time around, the listing of “Old Hollywood” — and subsequent million-dollar price cut — comes amid news of Lewis’s relationship troubles, which he’s discussed openly and at length on his SiriusXM radio showJeff LewisLive.
Lewis was likely referring to “Old Hollywood,” as the “sellable” property, as he finally completed construction on the home in October 2018.
Edward had no comment on the situation.

Lewis and Edward also had a challenging year, personally and professionally.
Trent’s doctor spoke out in supportof her claims, while Lewis has previously said that Trent signed away her right to privacy when she agreed to do the show and called the lawsuit a “financial shakedown.”
