The Adventures of Tintin — which was written by Steven Moffat , Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish — is about “ Tintin and his friends discover[ing ] direction to a sunken ship commanded by Capt . Haddock ’s ascendant and go[ing ] off on a treasure hunt . ” Among the son adventurer ’s crew are Thompson and Thomson , played by Simon Pegg and Nick Frost .
Tintin will hit theaters on Dec. 21st .
