On Thursday,the “Energy” singer, 42, made a special appearance during theMacy’s Thanksgiving Day Paradeas she shared a new look at her upcoming concert filmRenaissance: A Film By Beyoncé.
“Hey, it’s Beyoncé, wishing you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving," the“Cuff It” singersaid ina pre-recorded video message. “I’m so honored to share with you first look at the newRenaissancefilm trailer.”
According to an official synopsis for the film,Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé“accentuates the journey of RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri.”

“It is about Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy, and master her craft,” the synopsis continues. “Received with extraordinary acclaim, Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour created a sanctuary for freedom, and shared joy, for more than 2.7 million fans.”

The worldwide trailer for the concert filmwas shared in November, offering behind-the-scenes looks at Beyoncé and her family, including husbandJAY-Zandtheir 11-year-old daughterBlue Ivy, whojoined the singer on her tour.
“In this world that is very male-dominated, I’ve had to be really tough. To balance motherhood and being on this stage, it just reminds me of who I really am,” Beyoncé said in the clip.

Ahead of the film’s Dec. 1 release, Beyoncé is slated tohold two special premiere events: The U.S. premiere in L.A. on Nov. 25 and the world premiere in London on Nov. 30.
