In an interview with Motherboard , the Impact Team order that “ Nobody was watching ” when they broke into Ashley Madison ’s servers repeatedly over the preceding few old age . “ [ We ] got in and found nothing to bypass , ” said one of the drudge .
This is unsettling , especially since Ashley Madison was no dinky date situation . It ’s part of a multi - million clam company that should lie with well than leave its datum out in the open . These guys sound legit , too . Motherboard says the hackers they spoke to were using the same PGP key used in the data dumps .
What ’s more unsettling is that the Impact Teamsays it have a lot more datafrom Ashley Madison ’s server :
300 GB of employee emails and docs from internal meshing . tenner of K of Ashley Madison exploiter pictures . Some Ashley Madison drug user New World chat and message . 1/3 of impression are dick pictures and we wo n’t knock down . Not dumping most employee emails either . perchance other executive .
So the embarrassment is only beginning .
