A totally fetch restaurant is opening in Los Angeles and New York come January.
TheMean GirlsExperiencewill give fans a chance to be a North Shore High School student for a day. Opening on Jan. 12 (the same day the newMean Girlsfilm releases) in Los Angeles and Jan. 19 in New York, the “fast casual” restaurant will offer “chef driven cafeteria style fare,” per a release.
The backdrop is the spitting image of the film’s cafeteria. Tables and chairs where fans sit and eat will be overlooking a replica of the stage where the iconic winter talent show took place in the movie.

Tickets, which go on sale for the Los Angeles location Monday, include a reserved seat, a choice of entrée and window of time to eat, plus a candy gram. Prices start at $45 per person. The New York location will making tickets available for purchase soon.
The event organizers encourage visitors to “don your most Regina George approved outfit.” Along with some exciting “set recreations” scattered about the space, there’s also a Cool Mom Bar with a happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m., along with aMean Girlsmuseum, featuring iconic outfits andMean Girlsexperience merchandise available to purchase.
Last month, Paramount released the highly-anticipated trailer for the movie musical reimagining of the 2004 classic.

The official castinglist was unveiled in December 2022, includingAngourie Riceas Cady,Renée Rappas Regina (reprising her Broadway role),Auli’i Cravalhoas Janis, Jaquel Spivey as Damian, Anantika as Karen and Bebe Wood as Gretchen.
In February, Fey announced that she and Tim Meadows wouldstep back into their movie rolesas Ms. Norbury and Principal Duvall.

In addition to Fey and Meadows reprising their respective roles as Ms. Norbury and Principal Duvall, there have been reports that the originalMean Girlscast, includingLindsay Lohan,Rachel McAdams,Amanda SeyfriedandLacey Chabertcould appear in the upcoming film.
Speaking withEntertainment Tonightin February, Seyfried noted that she and her former costars are"100% into" making a cameo.
“It’s been a long legacy forMean Girls, and I think we all kinda just need to hang,” she told the publication.
